OCEANEs definition

OCEANEs means collectively: (i) the EUR 628,946,424 bonds convertible into new Company Shares or exchangeable for existing Company Shares due on July 1, 2018, (ii) the EUR 688,425,000 bonds convertible into new Company Shares or exchangeable for existing Company Shares due on January 30, 2019 and (iii) the EUR 460,289,979.90 bonds convertible into new Company Shares or exchangeable for existing Company Shares due on January 30, 2020. “Offers” shall have the meaning set forth in Recital (B).
OCEANEs means up the Euro 1,249,999,998.75 principal amount of 7.25% bonds convertible into and/or exchangeable for new or existing shares of Common Stock issued by Borrower.
OCEANEs means, collectively, the Obligations à Option de Conversation ou d’Echange en Actions Nouvelles ou Existantes due 2006 and 2008 issued by the Company under the terms and conditions set forth in the Notes d’Opérations dated respectively as of October 5, 2000 and March 6, 2002.
