Cyber incident means actions taken through the use of computer networks that result in a compromise or an actual or potentially adverse effect on an information system and/or the information residing therein.
Minor incident means an occurrence involving a consumer during service provision that is not a major incident and that:
Professional athlete means an athlete who performs services in a professional athletic event for wages or other remuneration.
Unusual Incident means incidents involving serious illness or accidents, death of an individual, injury or illness of an individual requiring inpatient or emergency hospitalization, suicide attempts, a fire requiring the services of a fire department, an act of physical aggression, or any incident requiring abuse investigation.
Data Incident means a breach of Google’s security leading to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of, or access to, Customer Data on systems managed by or otherwise controlled by Google.
Targeted Unsuccessful Security Incident means an Unsuccessful Security Incident that appears to be an attempt to obtain unauthorized Access, Use, Disclosure, modification or destruction of the Covered Entity’s Electronic PHI.
Extracurricular activity means any optional, noncredit, educational or
Terrorist Incident means an act of violence by any person acting on behalf of or in connection with any organization which is generally recognized as having the intent to overthrow or influence the control of any government, that is deemed terrorism by the United States Government other than civil disorder or riot, that is not an act of war, declared or undeclared, that results in Loss of life or major damage to property.
Critical incident means an occurrence or set of events inconsistent with the routine operation of a facility, service setting, or otherwise routine care of a consumer. Critical incidents specifically include but are not necessarily limited to the following: adverse drug events; self-destructive behavior; deaths and injuries to consumers, staff and visitors; medication errors; residential consumers that are absent without leave (AWOL); neglect or abuse of a consumer; fire; unauthorized disclosure of information; damage to or theft of property belonging to consumers or the facility; other unexpected occurrences; or events potentially subject to litigation. A critical incident may involve multiple individuals or results.
Unsuccessful Security Incident means a Security Incident such as routine occurrences that do not result in unauthorized Access, Use, Disclosure, modification, or destruction of information or interference with system operations in an Information System, such as: (i) unsuccessful attempts to penetrate computer networks or services maintained by Business Associate; and (ii) immaterial incidents such as pings and other broadcast attacks on Business Associate's firewall, port scans, unsuccessful log-on attempts, denials of service and any combination of the above with respect to Business Associate’s Information System.
Expected week of childbirth means the week, starting on a Sunday, during which the mother's doctor or midwife expects her to give birth.
Successful Security Incident means a Security Incident that results in the unauthorized Access, Use, Disclosure, modification, or destruction of information or interference with system operations in an Information System.
Educational activity means an activity offered by a school, school district, charter school or county office of education that constitutes an integral fundamental part of elementary and secondary education, including, but not limited to, curricular and extracurricular activities.

Extracurricular activities means: a voluntary activity sponsored by the school or local education agency or an organization sanctioned by the local education agency. Extracurricular activities include, but are not limited to, preparation for and involvement in public performances, contests, athletic competitions, demonstrations, displays, and club activities.
Co-occurring disorder (COD) means any combination of mental health symptoms and substance use disorder symptoms or diagnoses that affect a consumer and are typically determined by the current Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders.
Sexual assault has the same meaning as in RCW 70.125.030.
Child in need of services means (i) a child whose behavior, conduct or condition presents or results

Co-curricular activity means an activity, course, or program that:
Information Security Incident means (i) any actual or suspected incident involving Seller Information System that may involve Buyer’s Sensitive Information, or (ii) any actual or suspected unauthorized access to, use, or disclosure of Buyer’s Sensitive Information.
Privacy Incident means a violation or imminent threat of violation of security policies, acceptable use policies, or standard security practices, involving the breach of Personally Identifiable Information (PII), whether in electronic or paper format.
Earned Income means the same as that term is defined in § 32(c) of the Internal Revenue Code. The
Principal activities means activities authorized by the license which are essential to achieving the purpose(s) for which the license was issued or amended. Storage during which no licensed material is accessed for use or disposal and activities incidental to decontamination or decommissioning are not principal activities.
Emotional abuse means behavior that could harm a child's emotional development, such as threatening, intimidating, humiliating, demeaning, criticizing, rejecting, using profane language, or using inappropriate physical restraint.
Furlough means a leave of absence without pay mandated by the employer because of financial exigency.
