Novartis Agreement definition

Novartis Agreement means that certain Research Collaboration and License Agreement between Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research, Inc. (“Novartis”) and ALNYLAM dated October 12, 2005, as amended by the Addendum Re: Influenza Program to Research Collaboration and License Agreement effective as of February 17, 2006, and as further amended from time to time.
Novartis Agreement means the Manufacturing and Supply Agreement, effective as of January 1, 2019, by and between Novartis Pharma AG and Societal CDMO Gainesville LLC (f/k/a Recro Gainesville LLC), as amended, restated, amended and restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
