Notice to the Lenders. The Administrative Agent shall give prompt telephonic, telecopy or other telecommunication notice to each Lender of any notice from the Borrower received pursuant to Section 1.6(a) above and, if such notice requests the Lenders to make Eurodollar Loans, the Administrative Agent shall give notice to the Borrower and each Lender by like means of the interest rate applicable thereto promptly after the Administrative Agent has made such determination.
Notice to the Lenders. Upon receipt by the Administrative Agent from the Borrower of any communication calling for an action on the part of the Lenders, or upon notice to the Administrative Agent of any Event of Default, the Administrative Agent will in turn immediately inform the other Lenders in writing (which shall include telegraphic communications) of the nature of such communication or of the Event of Default, as the case may be.
Notice to the Lenders. Promptly following receipt of an Interest Election Request, the Administrative Agent shall advise each Lender of the details thereof and of such Lender’s portion of each resulting Borrowing.
Notice to the Lenders. The Administrative Agent shall give prompt telephonic, telecopy or other telecommunication notice to each Lender of any notice from the Borrower received pursuant to Section 1.6(a) above and, if such notice requests the Lenders to make Term SOFR Loans, the Administrative Agent shall give notice to the Borrower and each Lender by like means of the interest rate applicable thereto promptly after the Administrative Agent has made such determination.
Notice to the Lenders. The Agent shall give prompt telephonic or telecopy notice to each Lender of any notice from Borrower Representative received pursuant to Section 2.5(a) above and, if such notice requests the Lenders to make Eurodollar Loans, the Agent shall give notice to Borrower Representative and each Lender of the interest rate applicable thereto promptly after the Agent has made such determination.
Notice to the Lenders. The Administrative Agent shall give prompt telephonic, email or facsimile notice to each Lender of any notice received by it pursuant to this Section 2.3
Notice to the Lenders. Administrative Agent shall give prompt telephonic, telecopy or other telecommunication notice to each Lender of any notice from Xxxxxxxx received pursuant to Section 2.6(a) above and the amount of such Xxxxxx’s Loan to be made as part of the requested Borrowing.
Notice to the Lenders. (a) Upon receipt by the Administrative Agent or the Issuing Banks from any of the Credit Parties of any communication calling for an action on the part of the Lenders, or upon notice to the Administrative Agent or an Issuing Bank of any Event of Default, the Administrative Agent or such Issuing Bank will in turn immediately inform the other Lenders in writing (which shall include facsimile communications) of the nature of such communication or of the Event of Default, as the case may be.
Notice to the Lenders. Promptly after receipt of a Notice of Conversion/Continuation (or telephonic notice in lieu thereof), the Administrative Agent shall notify each Lender of the proposed conversion or continuation. Neither the Administrative Agent nor the Lender shall incur any liability to the Borrower in acting upon any telephonic notice referred to above that the Administrative Agent believes in good faith to have been given by a duly authorized officer or other person authorized to act on behalf of the Borrower or for otherwise acting in good faith under this Section 2.7 and, upon conversion/continuation by the Administrative Agent in accordance with this Agreement pursuant to any telephonic notice, the Borrower shall have effected a conversion/continuation of Loans hereunder.
Notice to the Lenders. The Administrative Agent shall give prompt telephonic, telecopy or email notice to each Lender of any notice from the Borrower received pursuant to Section 2.08(a) above and, if such notice requests the Lenders to make LIBOR Rate Loans, the Administrative Agent shall give notice to the Borrower and each Lender of the interest rate applicable thereto promptly after the Administrative Agent has made such determination.
