Common use of Notice to the Lenders Clause in Contracts

Notice to the Lenders. The Administrative Agent shall give prompt telephonic, telecopy or email notice to each Lender of any notice from the Borrower received pursuant to Section 2.08(a) above and, if such notice requests the Lenders to make LIBOR Rate Loans, the Administrative Agent shall give notice to the Borrower and each Lender of the interest rate applicable thereto promptly after the Administrative Agent has made such determination.

Notice to the Lenders. The Administrative Agent shall give prompt telephonic, telecopy or email other telecommunication notice to each Lender of any notice from the a Borrower received pursuant to Section 2.08(a1.6(a) above and, if such notice requests the Lenders to make LIBOR Rate Loans, the Administrative Agent shall give notice to the such Borrower and each Lender by like means of the interest rate applicable thereto promptly after the Administrative Agent has made such determinationdetermination and, if such Borrowing is denominated in Canadian Dollars or Euros, shall give notice by such means to the Borrowers and each Lender of the Original Dollar Amount thereof.

The Administrative Agent shall give prompt telephonictelephonic or telecopy, telecopy or email e-mail notice to each Lender of any notice from the Borrower Borrowers’ Agent received pursuant to Section 2.08(a2.4(a) above and, if such notice requests the Lenders to make LIBOR EurodollarTranche Rate Loans, the Administrative Agent shall give notice to the Borrower Borrowers’ Agent and each Lender of the interest rate applicable thereto promptly after the Administrative Agent has made such determinationdetermination and, if such Borrowing is denominated in Canadian Dollars, of the Original Dollar Amount thereof.

The Administrative Agent shall give prompt telephonic, telecopy or email other telecommunication notice to each Lender of any notice from the Borrower Representative received pursuant to Section 2.08(a1.6(a) above and, if such notice requests the Lenders to make LIBOR Rate Eurocurrency Loans, the Administrative Agent shall give notice to the Borrower Representative and each Lender by like means of the interest rate applicable thereto promptly after the Administrative Agent has made such determinationdetermination and, if such Borrowing is denominated in an Alternative Currency, shall give notice by such means to the Borrower Representative and each Lender of the Original Dollar Amount thereof.
