Notice of Issuance of Letter of Credit definition

Notice of Issuance of Letter of Credit means a notice substantially in the form of Exhibit III annexed hereto delivered by Borrower to Administrative Agent pursuant to subsection 3.1B(i) with respect to the proposed issuance of a Letter of Credit.
Notice of Issuance of Letter of Credit means a notice in the form of Exhibit XI annexed hereto, delivered by a Borrower to the Applicable Administrative Agent and Administrative Agent pursuant to subsection 2.7B with appropriate insertions and deletions, with respect to the proposed issuance or amendment of a Letter of Credit.
Notice of Issuance of Letter of Credit means a notice in the form of EXHIBIT E annexed hereto with respect to a proposed issuance of a Letter of Credit.
