ONEOK and Northern Border also shall make available to each other, as reasonably requested, and at the expense of the requesting Party, knowledgeable employees or advisors of the Party or its Affiliates of which the request is made and personnel responsible for preparing and maintaining information, books, records and documents in connection with Tax filings, Audits, disputes or litigation.
Additionally, should this Agreement be terminated, then the Provider shall deliver or cause to be delivered all Northern Border Company Records to the Northern Border Companies; provided, however, that ONEOK shall be entitled to retain copies of any such Records.
