Nortel Services definition

Nortel Services means services of the type provided within the scope of (i) the businesses of the Sellers and their Affiliates prior to the Petition Date and (ii) the businesses of each Divested Business after the Petition Date but prior to its Divestiture Date; provided, that any such services provided after the Reference Divestiture Date shall not be “Nortel Services” unless such services would be permitted to be provided after the Closing Date pursuant to the Closing Date License Agreement.
Nortel Services means network implementation and maintenance services directly associated with the Nortel Products.
Nortel Services means the Services that Nortel is required to provide under this Agreement as specified on Schedule 7.3(a) including, without limitation, (i) Project Management Services, (ii) Services associated with the engineering, furnishing, commissioning and Installing Nortel Equipment and Nortel provided Systems and the preparation of such Equipment and Systems for operation, and (iii) Services that, by agreement of Mirror and Nortel, Nortel will provide that are associated with the engineering, furnishing, commissioning and/or Installing of Scope Equipment and other non-Nortel Equipment and the preparation of such Equipment for operation.

  • Nortel Networks and Axtel may then agree upon service to be provided at the then-current time-and-materials basis published by Nortel Networks plus any travel and living expenses incurred • Nortel Services provided under this Annex G are warranted in accordance with Section 6.3 of this Agreement.

Related to Nortel Services

  • Travel Services means transportation, accommodation or other travel arrangements including, without limitation, air, rail, bus passenger transportation, hotel accommodation and car hire services.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Beta Services means Our services that are not generally available to customers.

  • Legal Services means services of a legal or financial nature and includes any part of such services, and for the avoidance of doubt, includes (without limitation):-

  • Technical Services means all services that are necessary to carry out individual, scattered site activities including but not limited to: (1) conducting initial inspections, (2) work write-up or project specification development, (3) cost estimate preparation, (4) construction supervision associated with activities that do not require an architect or engineer, (5) lead hazard reduction or lead abatement need determination and oversight, (6) lead hazard reduction or abatement carrying costs, (7) temporary relocation coordination, (8) financing costs such as security agreement preparation and recording or filing fees, (9) processing of individual applications for assistance, (10) income eligibility determination and verification, (11) value determination (new construction) or after rehabilitation value determination (existing structures), and (12) project-specific environmental clearance processes.
