Examples of Non-Serviced in a sentence

  • With respect to each Non-Serviced Mortgage Loan, the Mortgage Loan Seller agrees that any Defect as such term is defined in the related controlling Other Pooling and Servicing Agreement (other than a Defect related to the promissory note for the related Companion Loan) will constitute a Defect under this Agreement.

  • Subject to the Standard Qualifications, each assignment of Mortgage and assignment of Assignment of Leases, Rents and Profits to the Trust (or, with respect to a Non-Serviced Mortgage Loan, to the related Non-Serviced Trustee) constitutes a legal, valid and binding assignment to the Trust (or, with respect to a Non-Serviced Mortgage Loan, to the related Non-Serviced Trustee).

Related to Non-Serviced

  • Non-Serviced Mortgage Loan means a Mortgage Loan included in the Trust but serviced under another agreement. There are no Non-Serviced Mortgage Loans in the Trust.

  • Performing Serviced Mortgage Loan A Serviced Mortgage Loan that is not, and is not part of, a Specially Serviced Loan or REO Loan.

  • Non-Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2(b).

  • Common Service Provider means a person nominated by the ICSDs to perform the role of common service provider;

  • Securitization Servicing Agreement means the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement or any Non-Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement means (i) the pooling and servicing agreement or other comparable agreement related to the Lead Securitization, and (ii) on and after the date on which the Mortgage Loan is no longer subject to the provisions of the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement, the “Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement” shall be determined in accordance with the second paragraph of Section 2(a).

  • Nonsubserviced Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan that, at the time of reference thereto, is not subject to a Subservicing Agreement.

  • Other Servicer Mortgage Loan Any of the Mortgage Loans, if any, identified in Exhibit F-2 hereto, as such Exhibit may be amended from time to time in connection with a substitution pursuant to Sections 2.02 or 2.06, which Mortgage Loan is serviced under an Other Servicing Agreement.

  • Subserviced Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan that, at the time of reference thereto, is subject to a Subservicing Agreement.

  • Non-Participating Durable Medical Equipment Provider means a Durable Medical Equipment Provider who does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Whole Loan Custodial Account means the “Whole Loan Custodial Account” established for the Mortgage Loan pursuant to the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • Serviced Companion Loan A Companion Loan that is part of a Serviced Loan Combination. With respect to each Servicing Shift Mortgage Loan and the related Servicing Shift Loan Combination, each related Companion Loan will no longer be a Serviced Companion Loan on and after the related Servicing Shift Date.

  • Servicer Affiliate A Person (i) controlling, controlled by or under common control with the Servicer or which is 50% or more owned by the Servicer and (ii) which is qualified to service residential mortgage loans.
