Non-Qualifying Income definition

Non-Qualifying Income includes earnings derived from repurchase agreements, money market instruments such as agency-issued commercial paper, other regulated investment companies, corporate obligations, and obligations issued by the Government National Mortgage Association (GNMA), the Federal National Mortgage Association (FNMA), and the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp. (FHLMC).
Non-Qualifying Income. Any amount that is treated as gross income for purposes of Section 856 of the Code and which is not Qualifying Income.
Non-Qualifying Income means any income other than Qualifying Income.

More Definitions of Non-Qualifying Income

Non-Qualifying Income means income that is not “qualifying income” under Section 7704(d) of the Internal Revenue Code.
Non-Qualifying Income means the total of any income and expenses directly attributable to operations not involved in, or supporting, operations which produce products included in the M2 P2 Hog Procurement Agreements. As of the date of this Addendum, and as an example only, this would include income and expense attributable to M2 P2’s joint venture with Ag Feed, Inc., and income and expense attributable to M2 P2’s relationship with Pine Ridge Farms.

  • Qualifying Income means gross income that is described in Section 856(c)(3) of the Code.

  • EBITA means for any period, operating profit (loss) plus (i) amortization, including goodwill impairment, (ii) amortization of non-cash distribution and marketing expense and non-cash compensation expense, (iii) restructuring charges, (iv) non-cash write-downs of assets or goodwill, (v) charges relating to disposal of lines of business, (vi) litigation settlement amounts and (vii) costs incurred for proposed and completed acquisitions.

  • Nonqualifying Income means any amount that is treated as gross income for purposes of Section 856 of the Code and which is not Qualifying Income.

  • Earnings Per Share means as to any Fiscal Year, the Company’s or a business unit’s Net Income, divided by a weighted average number of common shares outstanding and dilutive common equivalent shares deemed outstanding, determined in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.

  • Pre-Incentive Fee Net Investment Income means interest income, dividend income and any other income (including any other fees, other than fees for providing managerial assistance, such as commitment, origination, structuring, diligence and consulting fees or other fees that the Corporation receives from portfolio companies) accrued during the calendar quarter, minus the Corporation’s operating expenses for the quarter (including the Base Management Fee, expenses reimbursed to the Adviser under this Agreement and any interest expense and dividends paid on any issued and outstanding preferred stock, but excluding the Incentive Fee).   • Non-Income Taxes means any Taxes other than Income Taxes.
