Non Home Office Forces definition

Non Home Office Forces. The non Home Office forces who are a Party to this Agreement being the Police Service of Northern Ireland; the British Transport Police; the Civil Nuclear Police Authority; the Ministry of Defence Police; the Sovereign Base Area Police; the Isle of Man Constabulary; Guernsey Police; the State of Jersey Police and the Royal Gibraltar Police;
Non Home Office Forces. The National Crime Agency, the British Transport Police and/or the Civil Nuclear Constabulary;

Related to Non Home Office Forces

  • Police Force means the Mauritius Police Force and includes any other police force established in accordance with such provision as may be prescribed by Parliament;

  • Community mental health center or "CMHC" means a facility offering a comprehensive array of community-based mental health services, including but not limited to, inpatient treatment, outpatient treatment, partial hospitalization, emergency care, consultation and education; and, certain services at the option of the center, including, but not limited to, prescreening, rehabilitation services, pre-care and aftercare, training programs, and research and evaluation.

  • Participating Certified Nurse Practitioner means a Certified Nurse Practitioner who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Home health aide means an individual employed by a home health agency to provide home health services under the direction of a registered nurse or therapist.

  • Paycheck Protection Program means loan program created by Section 1102 of the CARES Act.

  • Participating Retail Health Clinic means a Retail Health Clinic which has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Home Health Care means the continual care and treatment of an individual if:

  • Physical therapist assistant means an individual who is licensed/certified by a state and who assists the physical therapist in selected components of physical therapy.

  • Home and community-based services or "HCBS" means Home and Community-Based Services as defined in OAR chapter 411, division 004.

  • Health and Human Services Commission or “HHSC” means the administrative agency established under Chapter 531, Texas Government Code, or its designee.

  • Community mental health program means all mental health
