No Third Party Benefits. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, none of the provisions of this Agreement shall be for the benefit of, or enforceable by, any third-party beneficiary.
No Third Party Benefits. Nothing in this Agreement, express or implied, is intended to confer on any person other than the parties hereto or their permitted assigns, any benefits, rights or remedies.

This Agreement shall not be construed to create in any person or entity not a party hereto any right, claim, benefit or defense with respect to the parties hereto or in any party claiming by, through or under any of them, with respect to any loss, cost, damage, claim or cause of action arising under or pursuant to the terms of this Agreement or the insurance policies issued by the Company.
No Third Party Benefits. This Agreement is made for the express benefit of Seller and Arc, not for the benefit or interest of any other persons or entities, and accordingly, no third party shall obtain or acquire any rights or interest in this Agreement or by reason of the performance or failure of performance of either of the parties hereto or of their respective rights, privileges, duties or obligations arising hereunder.
No Third Party Benefits. This Lease is made and entered into for the sole benefit and protection of the parties hereto, and the parties do not intend to create any rights or benefits under this Lease for any person who is not a party to this Lease, other than a Lender.
No Third Party Benefits. This Agreement is made for the sole benefit of Purchaser and Seller and their respective successors and assigns (subject to the limitation on assignment set forth in Section 13 below), and no other person or persons shall have any right or remedy or other legal interest of any kind under or by reason of this Agreement. Whether or not either party hereto elects to employ any or all the rights, powers or remedies available to it hereunder, such party shall have no obligation or liability of any kind to any third party by reason of this Agreement or by reason of any of such party's actions or omissions pursuant hereto or otherwise in connection with this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby.
