No Representations or Warranties as to Documents. The Subordination Agent in its individual capacity does not make nor shall be deemed to have made any representation or warranty as to the validity, legality or enforceability of this Agreement or any other Operative Agreement or as to the correctness of any statement contained in any thereof, except for the representations and warranties of the Subordination Agent, made in its individual capacity, under any Operative Agreement to which it is a party. The Certificateholders, the Trustees and the Liquidity Providers make no representation or warranty hereunder whatsoever.

The Subordination Agent shall not be deemed to have made any representation or warranty as to the validity, legality or enforceability of this Agreement or any other Operative Agreement or as to the correctness of any statement contained herein or therein (other than the representations and warranties of the Subordination Agent made in its individual capacity under any Operative Agreement), except that the Subordination Agent hereby represents and warrants that each of said specified documents to which it is a party has been or will be duly executed and delivered by one of its officers who is and will be duly authorized to execute and deliver such document on its behalf. The Certificateholders, the Trustees and the Liquidity Providers make no representation or warranty hereunder whatsoever.

The Pass Through Trustee neither makes nor shall be deemed to have made any representation or warranty as to the validity, legality or enforceability of any Series Supplement, any related Pass Through Certificates, any Intercreditor Agreement or any related Indenture Documents or as to the correctness of any statement contained in any thereof, except for the representations and warranties of the Pass Through Trustee made in its individual capacity under this Pass Through Agreement, in any Series Supplement, in any related Participation Agreement or in any Intercreditor Agreement.

The Certificateholders, the Trustees and the Liquidity Providers make no representation or warranty hereunder whatsoever.

The Certificateholders, the Trustees and the Liquidity Providers make no representation or warranty hereunder whatsoever.
No Representations or Warranties as to Documents. None of the Issuer Trustee, the Collateral Agent or the Indenture Trustee in its individual capacity makes or shall be deemed to have made representations or warranties hereunder, including any representation or warranty as to the validity, legality or enforceability of this Supplement, the Agreement, the Series 1996-3 Class B Notes or the Series 1996-3 Class C Notes or as to the correctness of any statement contained in any thereof, except for the representations and warranties of the Issuer Trustee, the Collateral Agent or the Indenture Trustee, made in their respective individual capacities, under any document to which such party is a party. The Series 1996-3 Class B Noteholders and the Series 1996-3 Class C Noteholders make no representation or warranty hereunder whatsoever.

The Noteholders and the Seller make no representation or warranty hereunder whatsoever.
