Examples of New Areas in a sentence

  • Within [c.i.] after receiving the Notice, NBC shall notify DUSA whether or not NBC so desires to discuss the possibility of supplying DUSA such Light Sources for any particular New Area(s) designated by DUSA in the Notice.

  • From time to time as DUSA desires to secure supply of Light Sources for sale in area(s) outside of the Territory (collectively, the "New Area(s)"), DUSA agrees to provide notice to NBC regarding the possibility of NBC providing some or all of such supply ("Notice").
