Net Principal Prepayment Amount definition

Net Principal Prepayment Amount. As to any Distribution Date and Loan Group, the amount equal to the excess, if any, of the (i) Principal Prepayment Amount for that Loan Group over (ii) the aggregate amount of Deferred Interest accrued on the Mortgage Loans in that Loan Group for the related Due Period.
Net Principal Prepayment Amount. With respect to any Distribution Date, the excess of (a) the sum of (i) the Stated Principal Balance of each Mortgage Loan which was the subject of a prepayment in full received by the Servicer during the applicable Prepayment Period and (ii) all partial prepayments of principal received during the applicable Prepayment Period for each Mortgage Loan, over (b) the aggregate amount of Deferred Interest accrued on the Mortgage Loans from the Due Date in the preceding Due Period related to that Distribution Date.
Net Principal Prepayment Amount. As to any Distribution Date and Loan Group in Aggregate Loan Group II, the amount equal to the excess, if any, of the (i) Principal Prepayment Amount for that Loan Group over (ii) the aggregate amount of Deferred Interest accrued on the Mortgage Loans in that Loan Group for the related Due Period. Net Swap Payment: Not Applicable. Net Swap Receipt: Not Applicable.

Related to Net Principal Prepayment Amount

  • Principal Prepayment Amount For any Distribution Date and for any Loan Group, the sum with respect to the Mortgage Loans in such Loan Group of (i) Curtailments received during the Prior Period from such Mortgage Loans and (ii) Payoffs received during the Payoff Period from such Mortgage Loans.

  • Principal Prepayment Period The month preceding the month in which the related Remittance Date occurs.

  • Principal Prepayment Any payment of principal or other recovery on a Mortgage Loan, including a recovery that takes the form of Liquidation Proceeds or Insurance Proceeds, which is received in advance of its scheduled Due Date and is not accompanied by an amount as to interest representing scheduled interest on such payment due on any date or dates in any month or months subsequent to the month of prepayment.

  • Subordinate Principal Prepayments Distribution Amount For any Distribution Date, the Subordinate Prepayment Percentage of the Principal Prepayment Amount.

  • Reinvestment Prepayment Amount with respect to any Reinvestment Event, the Reinvestment Deferred Amount relating thereto less any amount expended prior to the relevant Reinvestment Prepayment Date to acquire or repair assets useful in the Borrower’s business.

  • ECF Prepayment Amount has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.11(b)(i).

  • Senior Principal Payment Amount For any Distribution Date on or after the Stepdown Date and as long as a Trigger Event has not occurred with respect to such Distribution Date, will be the amount, if any, by which (x) the Class Principal Balance of the Senior Certificates immediately prior to such Distribution Date exceeds (y) the lesser of (A) the product of (i) 77% and (ii) the Aggregate Collateral Balance for such Distribution Date and (B) the amount, if any, by which (i) the Aggregate Collateral Balance for such Distribution Date exceeds (ii) 0.50% of the Aggregate Collateral Balance as of the Cut-off Date.   • Principal Payment Amount For any Distribution Date, the sum of (i) the scheduled principal payments (if any) on the Mortgage Loans due on the related Due Date, (ii) the principal portion of proceeds received with respect to any Mortgage Loan which was purchased or repurchased pursuant to a Purchase Obligation or as permitted by this Agreement during the Prior Period and (iii) any other unscheduled payments of principal which were received with respect to any Mortgage Loan during the Prior Period, other than Payoffs, Curtailments, Liquidation Principal and Subsequent Recoveries.

  • Prepayment Interest Excess Amount With respect to any Principal Prepayment in full which is applied to the related Mortgage Loan from the first day of the month of any Remittance Date through the sixteenth day of the month of such Remittance Date, all amounts paid in respect of interest on such Principal Prepayment in full. A Prepayment Interest Excess Amount cannot result from a Principal Prepayment in part, but only from a Principal Prepayment in full.

  • Repayment Amount means the amount to be paid by the Recipient to the OPWC on each payment date of each year during the Term pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Note.

  • Prepayment Amount means the amount required to prepay the Annual Special Tax obligation in full for an Assessor’s Parcel as described in Section G.

  • Unscheduled Principal Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the aggregate of: (a) all Principal Prepayments received on the Mortgage Loans during the related Collection Period (or, in the case of the Outside Serviced Mortgage Loans, all Principal Prepayments received during the period that renders them includable in the Aggregate Available Funds for such Distribution Date); and (b) any other collections (exclusive of payments by Mortgagors) received on the Mortgage Loans and, to the extent of the Trust’s interest therein, any REO Properties during the related Collection Period (or, in the case of an Outside Serviced Mortgage Loan or any interest in REO Property acquired with respect thereto, all such proceeds received during the period that renders them includable in the Aggregate Available Funds for such Distribution Date), whether in the form of Liquidation Proceeds, Insurance Proceeds, Condemnation proceeds, net income, rents, and REO Proceeds or otherwise, that were identified and applied by the Master Servicer (and/or, in the case of an Outside Serviced Mortgage Loan, the related Outside Servicer) as recoveries of previously unadvanced principal of the related Mortgage Loan.

  • Scheduled Principal Distribution Amount With respect to each Distribution Date, an amount equal to the aggregate of the principal portions of:

  • Partial Prepayment Amount means the amount required to prepay a portion of the Annual Special Tax obligation for an Assessor’s Parcel as described in Section H.

  • Net Aggregate Prepayment Interest Shortfall With respect to any Distribution Date, the amount, if any, by which (a) the aggregate of all Prepayment Interest Shortfalls incurred in connection with the receipt of Principal Prepayments on the Mortgage Loans during the related Due Period, exceeds (b) the aggregate amount deposited by the Master Servicer in the Certificate Account for such Distribution Date pursuant to Section 3.19 in connection with such Prepayment Interest Shortfalls.

  • Monthly Payment Amount means, with respect to each Payment Date, a payment equal to the amount of interest which has accrued during the related Interest Accrual Period, computed at the Interest Rate.

  • Principal Prepayment in Full Any Principal Prepayment made by a Mortgagor of the entire principal balance of a Mortgage Loan.

  • Servicer Prepayment Charge Payment Amount The amounts payable by the Servicer in respect of any waived Prepayment Charges pursuant to Section 2.05 or Section 3.01.

  • Discount Range Prepayment Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 2.05(a)(v)(C)(1).

  • Excess Prepayment Interest Shortfall With respect to any Distribution Date, the aggregate of any Prepayment Interest Shortfalls resulting from any Principal Prepayments made on the Mortgage Loans to be included in the Aggregate Available Funds for such Distribution Date that are not covered by the Master Servicer’s Compensating Interest Payment for such Distribution Date and/or the portion of any compensating interest payments allocable to any Outside Serviced Mortgage Loan to the extent received from the related Outside Master Servicer.

  • Scheduled Principal Payment means the scheduled payment of principal due on the Mortgage Loan on a Monthly Payment Date.

  • Loan Group 1 Principal Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, that portion, if any, of the Principal Distribution Amount attributable to Loan Group 1.
