Negotiated FILOT Payment definition

Negotiated FILOT Payment means the FILOT due pursuant to Section 5.01(b) hereof with respect to that portion of the Project consisting of Economic Development Property.
Negotiated FILOT Payment means the FILOT due pursuant to Section 5.01(b)(ii) hereof with respect to that portion of the Project qualifying for the assessment ratio and the millage rate described in subsection 5.01(c) of this Agreement.
Negotiated FILOT Payment means the FILOT payments due pursuant to Section 5.01(b) hereof with respect to that portion of the Project consisting of Economic Development Property.
