NatCom definition

NatCom means the National Committee that has overall responsibility for the Party (ie, the board of directors of the Party). The NatCom includes all of the NatCom Members.

  • TMDL means the total maximum daily load limitation of a parameter, representing the estimated assimilative capacity for a water body before other designated uses are adversely affected. Mathematically, it is the sum of wasteload allocations for point sources, load allocations for non-point and natural background sources, and a margin of safety.
