Mortgages Act definition

Mortgages Act means the Mortgages Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.M.40, as amended or replaced from time to time.
Mortgages Act means the Mortgages Act (Ontario) as from time to time in effect in the Province of Ontario or any equivalent legislation in any other applicable province or territory of Canada.
Mortgages Act means the Property Act, R.S.N.B. 1973, c. P-19, as amended or replaced from time to time;
