Monogram Trademarks means the trademarks that are owned, licensed (but only to the extent that further license rights may be granted by Monogram or a successor licensee in respect of such licensed rights) or otherwise controlled by Monogram and used in connection with the Assay following the Effective Date, other than the name “Monogram”.
