If any part of the Work, including the supply of equipment and materials, is actually subcontracted during completion of the Work, then the Design-Builder shall report all participation indicating what Washington Small Business, Washington Minibusiness, Washington Microbusiness, MBE, WBE, MWBE, or Veteran Owned and/or Self-identified firms were used and the dollar value of their subcontracts.
