Minas Pimeria (Goldcorp) means Minas de la Alta Pimeria S.A. de C.V., a sociadad anomima de capital variable, organized and existing under the laws of the United Mexico States.
Crown means the government of the United Kingdom (including the Northern Ireland Assembly and Executive Committee, the Scottish Executive and the National Assembly for Wales), including, but not limited to, government ministers and government departments and particular bodies, persons, commissions or agencies from time to time carrying out functions on its behalf;
CMBI means Chase Manhattan Bank International, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Bank, located in Moscow, Russia, and any nominee companies appointed by it.
Subco means 1102209 B.C. LTD., a corporation incorporated under the laws of the Province of British Columbia;
Forest means an area of land defined by the minimum values for area size, tree crown cover or an equivalent stocking level, and potential tree height at maturity at the place of growth of the trees as specified for each Member State in Annex II. It includes areas with trees, including groups of growing, young, natural trees, or plantations that have yet to reach the minimum values for tree crown cover or an equivalent stocking level or minimum tree height as specified in Annex II, including any area that normally forms part of the forest area but on which there are temporarily no trees as a result of human intervention, such as harvesting, or as a result of natural causes, but which area can be expected to revert to forest;
Gold means (i) Physical Gold held by the Custodian or any Sub-Custodian under this Agreement and/or (ii) any credit to an account, including a Fund Unallocated Account, on an Unallocated Basis, as the context requires.
MERC means the Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission.
SBS means the New York City Department of Small Business Services.
CBD means cannabidiol.
IPC means the International Paralympic Committee;
GLO means the Texas General Land Office and its officers, employees, and designees, acting in their official capacities.
Production company means a person or entity engaged in the business of making motion picture, television, or radio images for theatrical, commercial, advertising, or education purposes; Reserved
BHP means BHP Minerals Pty. Ltd. and its successors and assigns who are parties with the State to the Processing Agreement;
BVI means the British Virgin Islands;
EAG clause 35;
CCC means Customer Care Centre
biofuels means liquid or gaseous fuel for transport produced from biomass;
STAR means Star Cruises Limited of Canon’s Court, 00 Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx XX 00, Bermuda;
ESMA means the European Securities and Markets Authority;
EUMA means the “SAP Delivered Support Agreement” which sets out the terms and conditions under which SAP provides support to End Users and which will be provided by SAP on a deal by deal basis.
SADC means the Southern African Development Community;
GLJ means GLJ Petroleum Consultants Ltd.;
MB means megabyte, which is equal to 1024 kilobytes or 1,048,576 bytes of digital information.
