Mexican Administrative Agent definition

Mexican Administrative Agent means Banco X.X. Xxxxxx, S.A., Institución de Banca Múltiple, X.X. Xxxxxx Grupo Financiero, División Fiduciaria, in its capacity as administrative agent for the Lenders with respect to Peso Loans and its successors in such capacity.

  • Promptly after it receives any such notice, the Administrative Agent (or, in the case of Peso Loans, the Mexican Administrative Agent) shall advise the affected Lenders of the contents thereof.

  • The Administrative Agent and the Mexican Administrative Agent shall distribute any such payment received by it for the account of any other Person to the appropriate recipient promptly after receipt thereof.

  • The Administrative Agent or Mexican Administrative Agent may perform any and all of its duties and exercise its rights and powers by or through one or more sub-agents appointed by it.

  • Each telephonic notice by the relevant Borrower pursuant to this Section 2.02(a) must be confirmed promptly by delivery to the Administrative Agent or the Mexican Administrative Agent, as applicable, of a written Committed Loan Notice, appropriately completed and signed by a Responsible Officer of such Borrower.

  • Canadian Administrative Agent means Royal Bank of Canada in its capacity as Canadian administrative agent for the lenders party to the Canadian Credit Agreement and any successor thereto.
