Merchant Shipping Act 1995 definition

Merchant Shipping Act 1995 means the Merchant Shipping Act 1995 or rules or regulations which are made or have effect as if made under that Act, and references to the Merchant Shipping Act are to that Act or to those rules or regulations respectively as amended;
