medical certificate means a certificate signed by a medical practitioner.
Medical certification means a statement which attests that the medical information reported on the certificate of death or fetal death is accurate to the best of the medical certifier’s knowledge.
medical certificate of fitness means a certificate valid for one year issued by an occupational health practitioner, issued in terms of these regulations, whom shall be registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa;
the institution means the institution which the Corporation is established to conduct and any institution for the time being conducted by the Corporation in exercise of its powers under the Further and Higher Education Act 1992;
private institution (“sefydliad preifat”) means an institution which is not publicly funded;
Religious institution means
SITC means the Standard International Trade Classification, Revision 3 (SITC, Rev. 3), published by the United Nations in Statistical Papers, Series M, No. 34/Rev. 3 (1986);
Cooperating country national (“CCN”) means an individual who is a cooperating country citizen or a non-cooperating country citizen lawfully admitted for permanent residence in the cooperating country.
Member Institution means a university that is a member of CUSC/CCREU.
Public university means a public university described in section 4, 5, or 6 of article VIII of the state constitution of 1963.
Urban Coordinating Council Empowerment Neighborhood means a neighborhood given priority access to State resources through the New Jersey Redevelopment Authority.
competent institution means, in relation to Australia, the institution or agency which has the task of implementing the applicable Australian legislation; and, in relation to the Republic of Latvia, the institution which is responsible for providing benefits under the legislation of the Republic of Latvia;
the Institute means the IMO International Maritime Law Institute.
Paraplegia means the permanent Paralysis and functional loss of use of both lower limbs.
State institution means a mental health institute, as defined in s. 51.01 (12), a center for the developmentally disabled, as defined in s. 51.01 (3), or a secure mental health facility at which persons are committed under s. 980.06.
Harbour Master means the ABP Harbour Master or Dock Master for the Port (as appropriate) or their authorised representative;
Academy means the academy named at the beginning of this Disciplinary Policy and Procedure and includes all sites upon which the academy undertaking is, from time to time, being carried out.
Food handler means a person employed in a food premise who at a time may be involved in the manufacturing or handling of food;
Child support agency means the public agency responsible for child support
health institution means an organisation whose primary purpose is the care or treatment of patients or the promotion of public health;
Alumni means the persons who have received degrees, diplomas or certificates from Ryerson Institute of Technology, Ryerson Polytechnical Institute, Ryerson Polytechnic University or Ryerson University and who are no longer registered as students; (amended)
Urbanized area means an area where a well or production facilities of a well are located within a municipal corporation or within a township that has an unincorporated population of more than five thousand in the most recent federal decennial census prior to the issuance of the permit for the well or production facilities.
Civil union means a civil union established pursuant to Act 91 of the 2000 Vermont Legislative Session, entitled “Act Relating to Civil Unions”.
Non-Participating Registered Surgical Assistant means a Registered Surgical Assistant who does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.
Community mental health center or "CMHC" means a facility offering a comprehensive array of community-based mental health services, including but not limited to, inpatient treatment, outpatient treatment, partial hospitalization, emergency care, consultation and education; and, certain services at the option of the center, including, but not limited to, prescreening, rehabilitation services, pre-care and aftercare, training programs, and research and evaluation.
Training Institution means the Grantee.
