Melco PBL Entertainment (Macau) Limited Demerger Scheme means the proposed scheme of arrangement between Crown Limited and its shareholders under Part 5.1 of the Corporations Act (Australia) for the demerger of PBL, (to be renamed Consolidated Media Holdings Limited) and its media business from Crown as described in the Media Release and Step 3 of the Overview.
