Medically Stable Condition definition

Medically Stable Condition means the condition of the Insured Person as certified by the treating Medical Practitioner when the Injuries or Illness suffered by the Insured Person have been brought under control or have become resistant to deterioration.

  • Medically Stable Condition means the condition of the Insured Person is such that any injuries and/or conditions/diseases suffered have been brought under control or resistant to deterioration as certified by the treating Medical Practitioner.
