Medical Staff Association Officers means the officers of the Medical Staff Association as specified in section 18.01(a);

Medical Staff Bylaws means those medical staff bylaws which have been established from time to time by AHS or its predecessors and approved by the Minister and which are applicable to physicians practicing in hospitals or other health care facilities operating under its jurisdiction in the area in which the Facility is located.
Medical Staff means all physicians, dentists, oral surgeons, and podiatrists who have been appointed to the Medical Staff by the Board.
MEDICAL STAFF LEADER means any Medical Staff Officer, department chair, section chief, and committee chair.
Senior Officers means the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Financial Officer or the General Counsel of the Company.
Medical Board means the board of physicians as provided by this chapter.
