Medical Staff Bylaws definition

Medical Staff Bylaws means those medical staff bylaws which have been established from time to time by AHS or its predecessors and approved by the Minister and which are applicable to physicians practicing in hospitals or other health care facilities operating under its jurisdiction in the area in which the Facility is located.
Medical Staff Bylaws means the Bylaws of the Medical Staff and the accompanying Rules & Regulations, Fair Hearing Plan, policies and such other rules and regulations as may be adopted by the Medical Staff subject to the approval of the Board.
Medical Staff Bylaws means the governing Bylaws of the Medical Staff.
