Medallion Loan File definition

Medallion Loan File means, with respect to any Medallion Loan, all Medallion Loan Documents related to such Medallion Loan.

  • With respect to any Medallion Loan, the Borrower shall deliver to the Custodian the related Medallion Loan File in the manner set forth in Section 2 of the Custodial Agreement.

  • The Custodian shall have received a complete Medallion Loan File with respect to each pledged Medallion Loan to be funded on the Funding Date and which was required to have been received by the Custodian (i) in the case of the initial Advance, at least three (3) Business Days prior to the funding of such Advance, and (ii) at least one (1) Business Day prior to the funding of such Advance.

  • If Item 1 or 2 above is checked, and if all or part of the Custodian's Medallion Loan File was previously released to us, please release to us our previous receipt on file with you, as well as any additional documents in your possession relating to the above specified Medallion Loan.

  • The Custodian makes no representations as to, and shall not be responsible to verify, (i) the validity, legality, enforceability, due authorization, recordability, sufficiency, or genuineness of any of the documents contained in each Custodian's Medallion Loan File or (ii) the collectability, insurability, effectiveness or suitability of any such Medallion Loan.

  • The Custodian shall have received a complete Medallion Loan File that is not a Wet Loan with respect to each pledged Medallion Loan that is not a Wet Loan to be funded on the Funding Date at least one (1) Business Day prior to the funding of such Advance.

  • Within three Business Days after the written request of the Agent, the Custodian shall provide to the Agent and the Borrower, in a manner acceptable to the Custodian and the Agent a list of all the Medallion Loans for which the Custodian holds a Custodian’s Medallion Loan File pursuant to this Agreement.

  • The Custodian makes no representations as to and shall not be responsible to verify (i) the validity, legality, enforceability, sufficiency, due authorization or genuineness of any document in each Custodian's Medallion Loan File or of any of the Medallion Loans or (ii) the collectibility, insurability, effectiveness or suitability of any Medallion Loan.

  • The Custodian makes no representations as to and shall not be responsible to verify (i) the validity, legality, enforceability, sufficiency, due authorization or genuineness of any document in each Custodian’s Medallion Loan File or of any of the Medallion Loans or (ii) the collectibility, insurability, effectiveness or suitability of any Medallion Loan.

Related to Medallion Loan File

  • Mortgage Loan File As defined in Section 2.1(b) and any additional documents required to be added to the Mortgage Loan File pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Loan File means, with respect to each Loan delivered to the Custodian, each of the Loan Documents identified on the related Loan Checklist.

  • Servicer Mortgage Loan File As defined in each of the Servicing Agreements.

  • CREFC® Special Servicer Loan File format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Owner Mortgage Loan File A file maintained by the Custodian for each Mortgage Loan that contains the documents specified in Section 2.01(a) and any additional documents required to be added to the Owner Mortgage Loan File pursuant to this Agreement.

  • CMSA Special Servicer Loan File format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally and, insofar as it requires the presentation of information in addition to that called for by the form of the "CMSA Special Servicer Loan File" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA website, is reasonably acceptable to the Special Servicer.

  • Whole Loan Custodial Account means the “Whole Loan Custodial Account” established for the Mortgage Loan pursuant to the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • Lender PMI Mortgage Loan Certain Mortgage Loans as to which the lender (rather than the borrower) acquires the Primary Insurance Policy and charges the related borrower an interest premium.

  • Buydown Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan as to which a specified amount of interest is paid out of related Buydown Funds in accordance with a related buydown agreement.

  • Wet-Ink Mortgage Loan means a Mortgage Loan which Seller is selling to Buyer simultaneously with the origination thereof.

  • Servicer Mortgage File All documents pertaining to a Mortgage Loan not required to be included in the Trustee Mortgage File and held by the Master Servicer or the related Servicer or any Sub-Servicer.

  • Second Lien Mortgage Loan A Mortgage Loan secured by a second lien Mortgage on the related Mortgaged Property.

  • First Lien Mortgage Loan A Mortgage Loan secured by a first lien Mortgage on the related Mortgaged Property.

  • Other Servicer Mortgage Loan Any of the Mortgage Loans, if any, identified in Exhibit F-2 hereto, as such Exhibit may be amended from time to time in connection with a substitution pursuant to Sections 2.02 or 2.06, which Mortgage Loan is serviced under an Other Servicing Agreement.

  • Custodial File As to each Mortgage Loan, any mortgage loan documents which are delivered to the Custodian or which at any time come into the possession of the Custodian as set forth in Section 2 of this Custodial Agreement.

  • Mortgage loan originator means any institution which originated a Mortgage Loan for a related Borrower.

  • Mortgage Loan Schedule shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals.

  • Eligible Mortgage Loan means a Mortgage Loan:

  • CMSA Loan Setup File means the report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "Loan Setup File" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Discount Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan having a Net Mortgage Rate (or the initial Net Mortgage Rate) of less than the Discount Net Mortgage Rate per annum and any Mortgage Loan deemed to be a Discount Mortgage Loan pursuant to the definition of Qualified Substitute Mortgage Loan.

  • Mortgage Loan Rider The standard FNMA/FHLMC riders to the Mortgage Note and/or Mortgage riders required when the Mortgaged Property is a condominium unit or a unit in a planned unit development.

  • Loan Files means the documents specified in Section 2.1 of the Sale Agreement.

  • ARD Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan that is identified as having an Anticipated Repayment Date and a Revised Rate on the Mortgage Loan Schedule.

  • Group 4 Mortgage Loan Each Mortgage Loan listed on Exhibit D-4 hereto.

  • Mortgage Loan Group Either Group I or Group II.

  • Class P Mortgage Loan Any of the Class I-P, Class II-P or Class III-P Mortgage Loans.
