For Residents entering at the PGY-3 level or above, official documentation of passing the USMLE Step 3 (or COMLEX or MCCQE parts I and II equivalent) must be provided.
This Agreement is CONDITIONAL on passage of USMLE Steps 1 and 2 (CK and CS) or equivalent examinations (COMLEX-USA or MCCQE) and submitting a copy of the results to his/her Program Director and GME before beginning training.

USMLE Steps 1 and 2 (CK and CS) or equivalent examinations (COMLEX-USA or MCCQE) must be completed within 6 months of commencement of training in a UW residency or fellowship program, regardless of training level.
