MBI Discovery Program means the therapeutic Protein discovery program to be undertaken by MBI pursuant to this Agreement, with the goal of identifying and qualifying potential therapeutic Proteins for further pre-clinical development, clinical development, manufacturing and commercialization, as described in greater detail in the Program Plan.

  • Lilly shall own all inventions made by its employees during the term, but not in the course, of the MBI Discovery Program.
