Maximum Total Return definition

Maximum Total Return means the sum of the Coupons which may be paid on each Coupon Payment Date i.e. 26%, or a Coupon of 5.20% per annum, of the Principal Amount.
Maximum Total Return means the sum of the Coupons which may be paid on each Coupon Payment Date i.e. 18.75%, or a Coupon of 3.75% per annum, of the Principal Amount.
Maximum Total Return means the sum of the Maximum Coupons which may be paid on each Coupon Payment Date i.e. 8.175%, or a Coupon of 2.725% biannually, of the Principal Amount.

Adjusted EPS provides a basis for comparison of our business operations between current, past and future periods by excluding items that we do not believe are indicative of our core operating performance. Adjusted EPS may not be comparable to other similarly titled metrics of other companies.

  • Adjusted Cash Flow for any fiscal year shall mean Consolidated Net Income of the Borrower for such fiscal year (after provision for taxes) plus the amount of all net non-cash charges (including, without limitation, depreciation, deferred tax expense, non-cash interest expense, amortization and other non-cash charges) that were deducted in arriving at such Consolidated Net Income for such fiscal year, minus the amount of all non-cash gains and gains from sales of assets (other than sales of inventory and equipment in the normal course of business) that were added in arriving at such Consolidated Net Income for such fiscal year.

  • Daily Maximum Cash Amount means, with respect to the conversion of any Note, the quotient obtained by dividing (A) the Specified Dollar Amount applicable to such conversion by (B) forty (40).

  • Relative Total Shareholder Return or “Relative TSR” means the Company’s TSR compared to the Peer Companies TSR on a relative basis. The Company and the Peer Companies from highest to lowest according to their respective TSRs will determine Relative TSR. After this ranking, the percentile performance of the Company relative to the Peer Companies will be determined using the Percentrank formula in Microsoft Excel.

  • Earn-Out Period has the meaning set forth in Section 2.5(a).

  • Maximum Face Amount means, with respect to any outstanding Letter of Credit, the face amount of such Letter of Credit including all automatic increases provided for in such Letter of Credit, whether or not any such automatic increase has become effective.
