Maximum Statutory Tax Rate means the applicable maximum statutory federal, state and local tax rates in the Holder’s jurisdiction (including the Holder’s share of payroll and similar taxes), even if the maximum rate exceeds the highest rate that may be applicable to the specific Holder.
