If, for example, a loan has an Adjusted Mortgage Rate just below the Required Coupon at the Trust’s inception, then pays down to a level that no longer requires primary mortgage insurance (typically, below a loan-to-value ratio of 80%), then its Adjusted Net Mortgage Rate could increase to a level just above the Required Coupon.
Adjusted Mortgage Rate: As to each Mortgage Loan and at any time, the per annum rate equal to the Mortgage Rate less the Servicing Fee Rate.
