Maximum Federal Rate definition

Maximum Federal Rate means the maximum Federal income tax rate imposed on individuals pursuant to Section 1(a)-(d) (or any successor provisions) of the Code, as adjusted pursuant to Section 15 (or any successor provision) of the Code, if applicable.

Related to Maximum Federal Rate

  • Maximum Lawful Rate has the meaning set forth in Section 2.7.

  • Maximum Daily Limit means the maximum allowable "Daily Concentration" (defined above) when expressed as a concentration (e.g. mg/l), otherwise, it means the maximum allowable "Daily Quantity" as defined above, unless it is expressed as a flow quantity. If expressed as a flow quantity it means "Maximum Daily Flow" as defined in Section 22a-430-3(a) of the RCSA.

  • Maximum Interest Rate means the rate of interest that results in the maximum amount of interest allowed by applicable law.

  • Reset Reference Rate means in respect of a Reset Period, the gross redemption yield (as calculated by the Agent Bank on the basis set out by the United Kingdom Debt Management Office in the paper “Formulae for Calculating Gilt Prices from Yields”, page 5, Section One: Price/Yield Formulae “Conventional Gilts”; Double dated and Undated Gilts with Assumed (or Actual) Redemption on a Quasi-Coupon Date (published 8 June 1998, as amended or updated from time to time) or if such basis is no longer in customary market usage at such time, in accordance with generally accepted market practice at such time, on a semi-annual compounding basis (rounded up (if necessary) to four decimal places) of the Benchmark Gilt in respect of that Reset Period, with the price of the Benchmark Gilt for the purpose of determining the gross redemption yield being the arithmetic average (rounded up (if necessary) to the nearest 0.001 per cent. (0.0005 per cent. being rounded upwards)) of the bid and offered prices of such Benchmark Gilt quoted by the Reset Reference Banks at 11.00 a.m. (London time) on the Reset Determination Date in respect of such Reset Period on a dealing basis for settlement on the next following dealing day in London. Such quotations shall be obtained by or on behalf of the Issuer and provided to the Agent Bank.   • Daily Adjusting LIBOR Rate means, for any day, a per annum interest rate which is equal to the quotient of the following:

  • Highest Lawful Rate means the maximum lawful interest rate, if any, that at any time or from time to time may be contracted for, charged, or received under the laws applicable to any Lender which are presently in effect or, to the extent allowed by law, under such applicable laws which may hereafter be in effect and which allow a higher maximum nonusurious interest rate than applicable laws now allow.

  • Maximum Advance Rate means 80.0%.

  • Maximum Cap Rate For any Distribution Date with respect to the Group I Certificates, a per annum rate equal to the sum of (i) the product of (x) the weighted average of the Expense Adjusted Net Maximum Mortgage Rates of the Group I Mortgage Loans minus an amount, expressed as a percentage, equal to the Net Swap Payment and Swap Termination Payment, if any (other than termination payments resulting from a Swap Provider Trigger Event), due from the Trust for such Distribution Date, multiplied by 12, weighted on the basis of the outstanding Stated Principal Balances of the Group I Mortgage Loans as of the first day of the month preceding the month of such Distribution Date (after giving effect to scheduled payments of principal due during the related Due Period, to the extent received or advanced, and unscheduled collections of principal received during the related Prepayment Period) and (y) a fraction, the numerator of which is 30 and the denominator of which is the actual number of days elapsed in the related Interest Accrual Period and (ii) an amount, expressed as a percentage, equal to a fraction, the numerator of which is equal to the Net Swap Payment made by the Interest Rate Swap Provider and the denominator of which is equal to the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans, multiplied by 12.   • U.S. Treasury Note Rate on any date means (i) the yield as calculated by reference to the bid price quotation of the actively traded, current coupon Treasury Note with a maturity most nearly comparable to the length of the related Dividend Period, as such bid price quotation is published on the Business Day immediately preceding such date by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York in its Composite 3:30 P.M. Quotations for U.S. Government Securities report for such Business Day, or (ii) if such yield as so calculated is not available, the Alternate Treasury Note Rate on such date. "Alternate Treasury Note Rate" on any date means the yield as calculated by reference to the arithmetic average of the bid price quotations of the actively traded, current coupon Treasury Note with a maturity most nearly comparable to the length of the related Dividend Period, as determined by the bid price quotations as of any time on the Business Day immediately preceding such date, obtained from at least three recognized primary U.S. Government securities dealers selected by the Auction Agent.

  • Interest Rate shall have the meaning assigned to such term or analogous term in the Mortgage Loan Agreement.

  • Daily LIBOR Rate means, for any day, the rate per annum determined by the Agent by dividing (x) the Published Rate by (y) a number equal to 1.00 minus the Reserve Percentage.

  • Maximum Daily Starts means the maximum number of times that a generating unit can be started in an Operating Day under normal operating conditions.

  • Parachute Payment Ratio means a fraction the numerator of which is the value of the applicable “parachute payment” for purposes of Section 280G of the Code and the denominator of which is the actual present value of such payment.

  • Collateral Rate means, for any Interest Period, the rate specified in the Loan Agreement.

  • Final rate of pay means the actual rate upon which earnings of an employee were calculated during the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the member's effective retirement date, and shall include employee contributions picked up after August 1, 1982, pursuant to KRS 78.610(4). The rate shall be certified to the system by the employer and the following equivalents shall be used to convert the rate to an annual rate: two thousand eighty (2,080) hours for eight (8) hour workdays, one thousand nine hundred fifty (1,950) hours for seven and one-half (7.5) hour workdays, two hundred sixty (260) days, fifty-two (52) weeks, twelve (12) months, one (1) year;

  • Compounded Daily Reference Rate means, with respect to an Interest Period, the rate of return of a daily compound interest investment in the Specified Currency (with the applicable Reference Rate (as indicated in the relevant Final Terms and further provided for below) as the reference rate for the calculation of interest) and will be calculated by the Calculation Agent on the Interest Determination Date, as follows, and the resulting percentage will be rounded, if necessary, to the fifth decimal place, with 0.000005 being rounded upwards:

  • Minimum Interest Rate With respect to each Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan, a rate that is set forth on the Mortgage Loan Schedule and in the related Mortgage Note and is the minimum interest rate to which the Mortgage Interest Rate on such Mortgage Loan may be decreased.

  • Internal Rate of Return means, as of any determination date, the effective discount rate under which the present value of the Inflows associated with an outstanding share of Class J Preferred Stock equals the Outflow on the Issue Date associated with such share. For purposes of calculation of Internal Rate of Return:
