Market price of the Company s ordinary shares” means the weighted average of the market price of the Company’s ordinary shares traded on the SET during the 7 consecutive business days (days on which the Company’s ordinary shares are traded on the SET) before the Calculation Date. Market price of the Company s ordinary shares” means the market price of the Company’s ordinary shares under Clause 3.3.1(b).
Market price of the Company s ordinary shares" means the total trade value of the Company's ordinary shares divided by total number of the Company's ordinary shares traded in the SET during the last 15 consecutive Business Days (working day of the Stock Exchange of Thailand) immediately preceding the calculating date. In the case where the market price of the Company's ordinary share cannot be obtained because the Company's ordinary shares were not traded during the said period, the Company will use a fair price in the calculation instead.
