Majority of Outstanding. Securities means, except as provided in the penultimate paragraph of Section [6](b) of Exhibit B hereto, Holder(s) of outstanding Securities voting together as a single class or, as the context may require, Holder(s) of outstanding Preferred Securities or Common Securities, voting separately as a class, who are the record owners of a relevant class of Securities representing more than 50% of the outstanding Securities of such class.
