Maintenance Shutdowns definition

Maintenance Shutdowns means any period of time during which production of Mineral Products has ceased from the Property due to maintenance, capital equipment alterations or other similar reasons, other than those periods of time exceeding 20 consecutive days of shutdown time;

  • Maintenance Outage means the temporary operational removal of the Facility from service to perform work on specific components of the Facility, at a time when the Facility must be removed from service before the next Scheduled Outage in the interest of safety or the prevention of injury or damage to or undue wear and tear on the Facility or any component thereof.

  • Generator Maintenance Outage means the scheduled removal from service, in whole or in part, of a generating unit in order to perform necessary repairs on specific components of the facility, if removal of the facility meets the guidelines specified in the PJM Manuals.
