Mail vote definition

Mail vote means those procedures set forth in the Fraternity bylaws and policies and in the parliamentary authority. Results of mail votes are generally not confidential as to individual votes cast, unless by advance request.
Mail vote means votes received by postal medium as well as electronic mail such as facsimile or email.
