LTI Securities definition

LTI Securities means shares of common stock of LTI and any other equity securities of LTI, including any option, call, put or straddle, the underlying security of which is an equity security of LTI, as well as any swap, synthetic security and other derivative security or instrument, the value of which is solely and directly related to equity securities of LTI.
