Examples of Equity Security in a sentence
The Borrower (or the Servicer on behalf of the Borrower) may sell any Equity Security at any time without restriction, and shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to effect the sale of any Equity Security, regardless of price, within forty-five (45) days of receipt if such Equity Security constitutes Margin Stock, unless such sale is prohibited by Applicable Law or contract, in which case such Equity Security should be sold as soon as such sale is permitted by Applicable Law or contract.
Such pro rata share of each Equity Security and the related cash to which such tendering Unitholder is entitled is referred to herein as an “In Kind Distribution.” An In Kind Distribution will be made by the Trustee through the distribution of each of the Equity Securities in book-entry form to the account of the Unitholder’s bank or broker-dealer at DTC.
