Low Income Persons and Families definition

Low Income Persons and Families means persons and families eligible to move into a housing project.
Low Income Persons and Families means low income persons and families as defined in Section 15(a)(7) of the Act.

More Definitions of Low Income Persons and Families

Low Income Persons and Families means persons and families eligible to move into a housing project, as defined in Section 15(a)(7) of the Act.

  • Low-income customer means a utility customer whose household income is at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) and provides proof of meeting the eligibility requirement at the time of enrollment.
