AT&T OKLAHOMA means the AT&T owned ILEC doing business in Oklahoma.
Convention center means a facility that is:
Georgia means the territory recognised by the international community within the state borders of Georgia, including land territory, internal waters and territorial sea, the air space above them, in respect of which Georgia exercises its sovereignty, as well as the contiguous zone, the exclusive economic zone and continental shelf adjacent to its territorial sea, in respect of which Georgia may exercise its sovereign rights in accordance with the international law;
AT&T NORTH CAROLINA means the AT&T owned ILEC doing business in North Carolina.
Center means the center for educational performance and information created in section 94a.
Appropriate office of the State employment service system means the local office of the federal-state national system or public employment offices with assigned responsibility for serving the area where the employment opening is to be filled, including the District of Columbia, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands.
Headquarters means the office address at which a state agent has his/her primary work assignment.
Local anesthesia means the elimination of sensation, especially pain, in one part of the body by the topical application or regional injection of a drug.
Chicago Convention means the Convention on International Civil Aviation, signed at Chicago on 7 December 1944, as amended, and its Annexes;
North Carolina CANCELLATION section is amended as follows: We may not cancel this Agreement except for nonpayment by You or for violation of any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Trauma Center or "designated trauma center" means a licensed hospital, accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations, which has been designated as a Level I, II, III, or IV trauma center and/or Level I or II pediatric trauma center by the local EMS agency, in accordance with California Trauma Care System Regulations.
SBD means Standard Bidding Documents.
South Caucasus/Central and South Asian (SC/CASA) state means Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, or Uzbekistan.
Region means the Control Areas and Transmission Facilities with respect to which a Party serves as RTO or Reliability Coordinator under NERC policies and procedures.
AT&T CALIFORNIA means the AT&T owned ILEC doing business in California.
Village means a village specified by the Governor by public notification to be a village for the purposes of this Part and includes a group of villages so specified.
Reception center means a business that:
AT&T WISCONSIN means the AT&T owned ILEC doing business in Wisconsin.
City means the City of Vancouver, a municipal corporation continued pursuant to the Vancouver Charter.
AT&T KANSAS means the AT&T owned ILEC doing business in Kansas.
AT&T KENTUCKY means the AT&T owned ILEC doing business in Kentucky.
Commercial driver s license" means:
LHSIA means the Local Health System Integration Act, 2006, and the regulations made under it, as it and they may be amended from time to time;
District Manager means the District Manager of the appropriate local district office of the Ministry, where the
townsite in relation to the townsite to be established near the harbour means a townsite (whether or not constituted and defined under section 10 of the Land Act) primarily to facilitate the Company’s operations in and near the harbour and for employees of the Company and in relation to the mining areas means such a townsite or townsites or any other townsite or townsites which is or are established by the Company for the purposes of its operations and employees on or near the mining areas in lieu of a townsite constituted and defined under section 10 of the Land Act;
