Lockout Certificate Percentage. For each Distribution Date, the percentage equal to the aggregate Certificate Principal Balance of the Class A-7 Certificates immediately prior to such Distribution Date divided by the sum of the aggregate Certificate Principal Balances of the Class A Certificates immediately prior to such Distribution Date.
