Local equity applicant definition

Local equity applicant means an applicant who has submitted, or will submit, an application to a local jurisdiction to engage in commercial cannabis activity within the jurisdictional boundaries of that jurisdiction and who meets the requirements of that jurisdiction’s local equity program.
Local equity applicant means an applicant who has submitted, or will submit, an application to a local jurisdiction to engage in commercial cannabis activity within the jurisdictional boundaries of that jurisdiction and who meets the requirements of that jurisdiction’s local equity program but has NOT been issued a local license, permit, or other authorization by the local jurisdiction to engage in commercial cannabis activity.

  • Uniform business entity application means the current version of the NAIC Uniform Business Entity Application for resident and nonresident business entities.

  • Eligible Account Holder means any Person holding a Qualifying Deposit on the Eligibility Record Date for purposes of determining Subscription Rights and establishing subaccount balances in the liquidation accounts to be established pursuant to Section 15 hereof.

  • Applicant’s Qualified Investment means the Qualified Investment of the Applicant during the Qualifying Time Period and as more fully described in EXHIBIT 3 of this Agreement.
