Missoula County, the Missoula City-County Board of Health and Partnership Health Center Governing Board have entered into a Co-Applicant Agreement for the mutual operation of a federally qualified health care center known as Partnership Health Center in accordance with §330 of the Public Health Service Act, 42 USC §254b.
MetLife, as Co-Applicant, shall be obligated to pay each Unreimbursed Amount and accrued interest thereon with respect to each Letter of Credit that is issued or outstanding hereunder in support of any obligations of, or is for the account of, any Subsidiary of MetLife (other than Funding).
