Load Group definition

Load Group means a “load group” defined in the Price Book.
Load Group means the group that applies to an ICP based on a specified eligibility criteria set out in the Price Structure that determines the Price(s) that apply to that ICP;
Load Group means the group applied by the Distributor to a particular Connected Customer Installation for the purposes of assigning Charges for Delivery Services.

Examples of Load Group in a sentence

  • To avoid doubt, this Clause 13.3 does not apply if the Distributor has already provided Notice to the Retailer that the relevant Load Group is Incorrectly Allocated under Clause 13.6.

  • Within 20 Working Days of an End Retailer or the Wholesaler becoming aware of any change to a Consumer’s Installation which would entitle the Distributor to allocate the corresponding ICP to a different Load Group, the Wholesaler will promptly notify the Distributor and provide any information or evidence requested by the Distributor and required by the Price Book to enable the Distributor to allocate that ICP to the correct Load Group.

  • If the Distributor, acting reasonably, agrees that the ICP meets the eligibility criteria for the requested alternative Load Group, the Distributor will apply the change (but not retrospectively, unless it agrees otherwise) and advise its decision to the Retailer within 5 Working Days after receipt of Notice of the Retailer's request.

  • If the Retailer reasonably considers that a Load Group was Incorrectly Allocated, the Retailer will notify the Distributor of the reasons why it considers that the Load Group was Incorrectly Allocated and identify a Load Group that the Retailer considers should have been allocated to the ICP, which must be a Load Group for which the ICP is eligible.

  • Within 20 Working Days of an End Retailer becoming the responsible retailer for a particular ICP, the Wholesaler will provide the Distributor with any information and/or evidence requested by the Distributor and required by the Price Book to enable the Distributor to allocate that ICP to the correct Load Group.

  • The Retailer may from time to time give notice to the Distributor requiring it to re- allocate any ICP or group of ICPs from one Load Group to another.

  • The Wholesaler may from time to time give notice to the Distributor requiring it to re-allocate any ICP or group of ICPs from one Load Group to another.

  • Within 20 Working Days of the Retailer becoming aware of any change to a Consumer’s Installation which would entitle the Distributor to allocate the corresponding ICP to a different Load Group, the Retailer will promptly notify the Distributor and provide any information or evidence requested by the Distributor and required by the Price Book to enable the Distributor to allocate that ICP to the correct Load Group.

  • Within 20 Working Days of the Retailer becoming the responsible retailer for a particular ICP, the Retailer will provide the Distributor with any information and/or evidence requested by the Distributor and required by the Price Book to enable the Distributor to allocate that ICP to the correct Load Group.

  • The Distributor will advise the Retailer within 10 Working Days after receipt of the Retailer's Notice whether it agrees to allocate the requested Load Group (the “Corrected Load Group”) to the ICP, such agreement not to be unreasonably withheld, and will provide the reasons for its decision.

Related to Load Group

  • SAP Group means SAP Parent and any of its Associated Companies.

  • Seller’s Group means the Seller and any company which is, on or after the date of this Agreement, a subsidiary or holding company of the Seller or a subsidiary of a holding company of the Seller, and excludes, for the avoidance of doubt, any Group Company, and "Seller's Group Company" shall be construed accordingly.

  • Buyer’s Group means the Buyer, any subsidiary of the Buyer, any holding company of the Buyer and any subsidiary of any holding company of the Buyer, from time to time.

  • Retained Group means the Seller, its subsidiaries and subsidiary undertakings from time to time, any holding company of the Seller and all other subsidiaries or subsidiary undertakings of any such holding company (except members of the Group);
