Liquidation Reimbursements definition

Liquidation Reimbursements means any amount owing to the Servicer for reasonable out-of-pocket costs of liquidation incurred by the Servicer (i) that are to be excluded from Liquidation Proceeds, (ii) that were included in the payment of Liquidation Proceeds deposited in the Collection Account in a prior Collection Period, and (iii) for which the Servicer has not previously received reimbursement either pursuant to Section 4.4(a) of the Sale and Servicing Agreement or otherwise.

  • Class Expenses means expenses incurred by a particular Class in connection with a shareholder services arrangement or a distribution plan that is specific to such Class or any other differing share of expenses or differing fees, in each case pursuant to a plan adopted by the Trust pursuant to Rule 18f-3 under the 1940 Act, as such plan or Rule may be amended from time to time;

  • Pricing and Reimbursement Approval means the approval, agreement, determination or decision from a Regulatory Authority establishing the price and/or reimbursement for Licensed Product for sale in a given country or regulatory jurisdiction of the Territory, as required by Law in such country or other regulatory jurisdiction prior to or subsequent to the marketing and sale of Licensed Product in such country or regulatory jurisdiction of the Territory.
