Liquidation Period Commencement Date definition

Liquidation Period Commencement Date means the Business Day on which any Liquidation Event of Default (other than an Event of Bankruptcy with respect to DTAG or any Lessee) or Limited Liquidation Event of Default is deemed to have occurred with respect to the Series 2010-3 Notes.
