• The County shall be reimbursed in full by the City for General Materials purchased by the County that are used in conjunction with Traffic Control Device Maintenance Services and Street Light Maintenance Services.

• For the purpose of this Agreement, “General Materials” shall be limited to those materials that are not required to be purchased through competitive bidding, as determined by the County in accordance with applicable law, are used in conjunction with Traffic Control Device Maintenance Services and Street Light Maintenance Services, and where the County has included the cost of those materials in the yearly budget in the year in which the materials are purchased.

• No work order request is necessary for Traffic Control Device Maintenance Services or Street Light Maintenance Services set out in Exhibit A, which services will be performed on a regularly scheduled or emergency basis.
